ABOUT ME
My experience is rooted in more than 20 years of developing creative talent and leading teams in technology, music and broadcasting.I was part of the team that launched Apple Music and spent the following decade helping to build the global artist and content operation. That meant creating something new in public, managing talented people under considerable pressure, aligning teams with very different priorities and making important decisions without always having a precedent to follow.I’ve worked with artists, executives and creative teams at pivotal moments in their careers. And I’ve built teams and formats from the ground up, led international expansion across different languages and cultures.Earlier in my career, I spent a decade working in Dubai. Living and working in the Middle East taught me not to assume that what works in one culture or organisation will work in another. You have to listen carefully, understand the context and earn trust before you can lead effectively.Those experiences taught me that talented people rarely need someone else to give them the answer. More often, they need the right space to think clearly, hear themselves and trust their own judgement.*Listening is part of performance. Whether you’re broadcasting live, leading a team or having a difficult conversation, impact begins with paying attention.Transitions are rarely only strategic.
