I've spent the last two decades working at the forefront of music, culture, content and technology.My time as a founding member of the Apple Music team gave me a deep appreciation for the work that goes into building global platforms.
Before that, a decade in the Middle East - and a career spanning broadcasting, talent development and artist relations - showed me how to operate in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.These experiences didn't just give me a view of the industry. They gave me a unique window into the people who lead it.Today I bring that experience to my coaching practice. I believe the most meaningful work happens when people feel clear about who they are and what they want. My role is to be a thinking partner - creating the space to step back, gain perspective, and find clarity without losing your sense of self.
